ATC Racer to Coach Pathway
ATC encourages and provides coaching courses and development to our over 16 year old athletes. This is an important part of our ATC Athlete Pathway whereby ATC qualifies athletes to coach, offers them shadowing experience with our more experienced coaches then finally employs them to coach on our camps. Iain Inness, Cara Brown, Tabby Allan, Duncan Shepherd, Scott Waitt and Hannah Gray are all current athletes who are helping the younger generation by coaching or shadowing on ATC camps.
